Job Description
For our client we are looking for a BI Developer (ERP & Data Warehouse) to join a long-term project focused on the development and enhancement of ERP and Business Intelligence solutions.
Work model
- Fully remote
- Occasional visits to the office in Poznań, Poland are required
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements related to the development and adaptation of systems
- Create user stories based on business requirements
- Develop and maintain Business Intelligence solutions
- Analyze, design and optimize databases
- Develop interfaces between ERP systems and other applications
- Design and support Data Warehouse and relational database solutions
- Prepare application and system change documentation
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Manage and structure requirements
- Participate in Agile projects using Scrum methodology
- Support onboarding and knowledge-sharing activities

Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Experience in the Business Intelligence area
- Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool such as Power BI, Qlik Sense or Amazon QuickSight
- Experience with Data Warehouse concepts and relational databases
- Knowledge of Python
- Knowledge of R will be considered an advantage
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Very good command of English or German (B2-C1)
- Proactive mindset and strong communication skills
