Expert Pricing & Volume Opportunity Management (all genders) in AUSTRIA

Your tasks

• In this position, you are in control of defining prices and volumes in order to maximize the OMV Group profit margin.
• To achieve this goal, you cooperate and coordinate with the Integrated Planning Department, Product supply and Profit centers.
• You also steer and decide on the daily Spot prices for fuels, as well as on special price formulars and tender based pricing.
• Through acting as a main Sales Business Unit representative in the STO (short term optimization) team, you steer profit maximization out of the additional sales opportunities.
• Your inputs regarding the Integrated Planning Department will be of key importance to the monthly Stakeholder Input Meeting.
• The daily monitoring of the development of Spot Sales is an essential part of this role.
• You act as an internal first encounter for Sales Key Account Manager and CSO for pricing & volume topics and propose as well as implement solutions to further increase customer satisfaction.
• After carefully checking contractual options, obligations and profitability, you decide on the requested product switches or volume increases for all products during the month.
• Through handling customer specific pricing information carefully and confidentially and applying defined company and business unit standards, you always ensure full compliance.

Your profile

• You hold a master's degree / diploma in business administration, economics or a technical field.
• With more than 5 years of professional experience in a Pricing or Pricing related job within commodity markets, you are practically versed in your profession.
• Working with Microsoft Excel, Power BI and SAP is a naturally for you.
• You are a strong team worker and have excellent communication skills.
• With your ability to take fast decisions, you thrive in dynamic working conditions with a fast-moving market.
• You are fluent in both German and English.
