About The Role
The Graphic Designer at Tolmar will play a vital role within the marketing and creative team, responsible for designing, producing, and managing visual assets that support both internal and external communications. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, with a preference for candidates located in the Chicagoland area. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with brand teams and the Creative Director to develop compelling visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and regulatory standards. The role involves creating digital and print materials such as marketing collateral, scientific posters, packaging support, event materials, patient education resources, and digital assets for various platforms including web and social media. The Graphic Designer will ensure all visual content is accurate, compliant, and engaging, contributing to the company's mission to positively impact lives through innovative healthcare solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong skills in layout, typography, color theory, and visual communication
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentation graphics
- Excellent attention to detail, especially for print production and regulatory compliance
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders
- Familiarity with brand management, asset libraries, version control, and design workflows
- Desired experience in motion graphics, video editing, web design, UX/UI, or infographic creation

- Collaborate with brand teams and the Creative Director to develop visually compelling designs that adhere to brand standards
- Create and adapt digital and print assets including infographics, illustrations, diagrams, templates, and presentations
- Translate complex scientific and medical information into clear, engaging visual formats for diverse audiences such as healthcare professionals, patients, and stakeholders
- Prepare print-ready files, manage production vendors, and oversee quality control processes including color management and proofing
