Helping consumer and business customers with self-help and support options for our software and services they use is critical to earning their trust and loyalty. The Amplify Intelligence team in Customer Success Engineering specializes in self-help experiences that utilize ML and AI capabilities and integrate into exciting platforms like CoPilot, tracking of customer sentiment, detection of evolving incidents, and getting customers connected to human support when they need it. A Software Engineer in Amplify Intelligence you will exercise full-stack knowledge to create customer-facing features like web UI’s; build secure and compliant services, APIs, and databases in Azure; manage build and release pipelines; participate in on-call rotations to maintain and ensure our uptime/reliability commitments; participate in planning through dev specs and cross-team discussions; and function as part of a team with many collaborations and dependencies. This is a full-remote, full-time opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Works with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements for a feature.
- Supports identification of dependencies, and the development of design documents for a product feature with oversight.
- With guidance, learns to create and implement code for a product, service, or feature reusing code as applicable.
- Assists and learns about breaking down work items into tasks and provides estimation.
- Acts as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) in monitoring system/product feature/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions for simple problems, and recommends actions to restore system/product/service by following the playbook.
- Reviews current developments and proactively seeks new knowledge that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products while also driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scale.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
