Job Description
About Our Client
We're working with a national real estate firm specializing in the development of co-warehousing and small-bay industrial. They creatively adapt and reconfigure dated industrial and challenged properties into thriving hubs that support the surrounding small business community.
Operating with a vertically integrated structure, they are able to ensure a high level of quality by offering all major service lines in-house, including acquisitions, development, construction, finance, operations, marketing, and sales.
They are in a rapid growth phase and launching new locations at an aggressive pace, creating a lot of opportunity and a need for people who can bring structure, urgency, and executional discipline to a fast-moving environment.
The Opportunity
The Mission as our Revenue Operations Manager, you keep our revenue engine running. The Head of RevOps designs and builds the core systems; you own the day-to-day execution, maintenance, and troubleshooting that keeps everything working. You'll be the first line of defense for HubSpot tickets, integration issues, and quick WordPress turnarounds, and you'll use AI tools to make that day-to-day work faster and more leveraged.
This is an Ops role at its core. The right person finds satisfaction in the rhythm of recurring work clearing the ticket queue, running the same audits, processing routine requests reliably, and takes pride in being the dependable engine that lets the rest of the team move fast.
Beyond day-to-day, we're also looking for a builder in the making. The best person in this seat doesn't just close the same ticket five times, they flag the pattern, bring an automation idea to the Head of RevOps, and grow into bigger builds over time. If you're comfortable with steady operational work and have the curiosity to level up, this role is built for you.
What You'll Do
Technical Execution & Support
- Own the internal RevOps ticketing queue as the first responder for HubSpot and integration issues.
- Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, custom objects, and lead routing logic in Revenue Hero — with mentorship and pairing on the more complex builds.
- Act as the rapid-response layer for WordPress — cloning and building pages from briefs (new location pages, swapping in HubSpot forms, quick content updates, etc.). Our web dev team owns the heavy lifting; you handle the fast turnarounds that keep marketing and sales unblocked.
- Bring LLMs into your daily workflow and help deploy AI agents for data enrichment, lead routing, and automated triage so our RevOps, Marketing, and Sales teams stay lean.

Insights, Feedback & Partnership
- Analyze ticket trends and user friction points and compile a weekly "State of the Stack" report for the Head of RevOps to help drive our roadmap.
- Conduct regular ride-alongs with sales and GMs to surface friction points in their daily workflow that they haven't even complained about yet.
- Help maintain company-wide dashboards and flag data integrity issues to the Head of RevOps as you spot them.
- Work closely with our Operations Enablement team — gather user feedback, help scope solutions, and partner with them on the training and documentation that follows.
What You'll Bring
Background & Mindset
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a RevOps, Sales Ops, or CRM admin role — or a track record of teaching yourself technical tools fast.
- You have a "systems-first" mentality and care about clean data and clean handoffs.
- You're comfortable in a fast-moving environment and prefer "shipping and iterating" over "over-planning and waiting."
Technical Fluency
- Working knowledge of HubSpot (or strong experience in a comparable CRM and a clear ability to pick HubSpot up quickly). You understand that tools are means to an end, and you focus on the underlying data logic.
- Experience — or the ability to learn very fast — with tools like Revenue Hero, Aircall, Stripe, Claude, HubSpot, MCPs, WordPress, Guru, Vercel, Supabase or similar integrations.
- You already use LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT) in your daily workflow to solve problems or draft code.

Nice To Have
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms like Zapier, Make.com, or n8n
- Comfort with basic code — able to read, tweak, and troubleshoot scripts
- Exposure to webhook architecture and API integrations
- Experience with multi-location businesses or real estate
- Familiarity with Vercel, Supabase
- Comfortable with Hubspot advance workflows
The Right Fit
This role is a strong fit for someone who likes being in the middle of fast-moving work, is energized by solving problems, and enjoys helping a team execute at a high level. If you are the type of person who naturally organizes chaos, follows through relentlessly, and likes being the person who helps everyone move faster, you will do well here.
Logistics/Benefits:
- Fully Remote
- Up to 15-20% travel for site visits, HQ meetings, and team offsites.
- Competitive compensation: base salary + bonus
- Full suite of health benefits (Health, Vision, Dental)
- 401k
