Montegallo is seeking a creative, results-driven Remote Social Media Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand presence, engage target audiences, and support business growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives. This role will manage social media channels, create compelling content, oversee merchandise promotions, and execute campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including graphics, videos, articles, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage Montegallo's social media calendar and maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster online community growth.
- Plan and promote branded merchandise campaigns to increase visibility and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create marketing materials supporting company initiatives, events, and business objectives.
- Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing tools.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, and merchandise suppliers to support promotional efforts.
- Assist with email marketing, website content updates, and digital advertising campaigns as needed.

Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
- Experience using content scheduling and analytics tools.
- Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
