Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Produce engaging and persuasive content in Turkish for various channels including blogs, website content, email shots, social media, whitepapers, case studies, etc.
- Contribute to writing Turkish content as needed, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand voice and messaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand voice, target audience, and marketing objectives.
- Implement SEO best practices to ensure content is optimized for search engines and drives organic traffic to our website.
- Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content and alignment with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools to measure key metrics such as engagement, traffic, and conversions. Use insights to optimize future content efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging topics to generate new content ideas and maintain relevance.
Requirements:
For this role, it is essential to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Turkish Language, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Writer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing writing samples.
- Excellent writing and translation skills with a keen eye for detail, grammar, punctuation, and style.
- Ability to adapt writing style to different formats and audiences.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into compelling content.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices for content creation and optimization.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback into content revisions.
- Basic understanding of content analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform content decisions.
- Native-level proficiency in both written and verbal English and Turkish.
It will be considered a big plus if you:
- Experience in SaaS, B2B software, or startup environments is preferred.
