We are looking for a Social Media Community Manager who will join the marketing team.
In this role, you will drive community engagement and social media presence, managing the company's image to achieve brand goals. The ideal candidate should be up-to-date with digital technologies and social media trends, bringing innovative strategies to the team.
Responsibilities:
• Engage and manage interactions within the customer communities across platforms like Facebook, Discord, etc
• Enhance company's reputation on platforms such as Reddit, Quora, etc., continually striving for improvement
• Regularly inform the community about new features through compelling posts on social media platforms
• Strengthen the employer brand on LinkedIn and other professional networks
• Develop and implement an engagement strategy to foster community growth and increase brand awareness
• Conduct research within online communities to identify opportunities for enhancing customer engagement
• Monitor, analyze, and report on community performance metrics
• Collaborate with marketing, development, and customer service teams to ensure brand coherence
• Keep abreast of community engagement tools, social media technologies, and e-commerce trends
Requirements:
• 3+ years of professional Social Media experience as a Community Manager (Facebook, Discord, Reddit, etc)
• Deep understanding of current social media dynamics and how customer interactions contribute to brand visibility
• Demonstrated capability in crafting engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored for community interaction
• Background in employer branding and public relations
• Proficient in generating reports and delivering presentations to leadership
• Native fluency in English with outstanding communication abilities
• Exceptional organizational aptitude and adeptness at multitasking in a fast-paced setting
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms such as Hootsuite and Sprout Social
