We are looking for an HR Systems and Operations Analyst to join the Canada Global HR Services and HR Technology team. In this key role supporting the smooth operation of our technology environment, you will help maintain daily HR systems activities while delivering high-quality service to the HR community and internal partners. You will play a key role in managing, tracking, and improving several tools within our HRIS ecosystem, while supporting process efficiency and user experience.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Manage incoming operational technology requests in JSM, providing first-level support to users and ensuring a smooth, professional service experience.
- Create, update, and distribute reports for the HR community, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and support the evolution of HR tools.
- Provide first-level support for HR systems (Taleo, Phenom, Officevibe, Learning Hub, SuccessFactors), performing daily monitoring, maintaining data accuracy, and handling routine requests.
- Contribute, as needed, to other related responsibilities, including participation in small optimization or documentation initiatives.

College diploma (DEC) or university degree (Bachelor's) in Human Resources, Administration, Information Systems, or any combination of relevant education and experience.
- Hands-on experience in HR operations, including daily use of HR systems such as SuccessFactors, and the ability to manage recurring tasks with rigor and consistency.
- Strong comfort working with data and technology tools, including extracting, organizing, and validating information, and supporting simple processes across various HR systems.
- Strong customer service and collaboration skills, with the ability to handle first-level requests, communicate clearly, and work effectively with different internal teams.
- Good knowledge of platforms such as Taleo, Phenom, Officevibe, CK, Qualtrics, and Boomi.
- Comfort producing, reading, and optimizing reports in SuccessFactors.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, analysis).
- Bilingualism (French and English) or English is required for this role as you will be supporting all of our global sites.
