We are looking for an IAM Controls & Cyber Security Vendor Manager (f/m) with over 3 years of experience to join a top-tier international project within the Banking industry. The main mission of the role will be to oversee the tactical execution of Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls, lead communications with external/internal audits, and optimize cybersecurity services provided by third parties.
The selected candidate will act as a strategic bridge with global teams, championing regional service interests while ensuring strict compliance with access policies and current regulatory frameworks.
What would be your main responsibilities in this position?
- IAM Governance: Oversight of the operation of IAM controls executed tactically; develop and enforce control policies to ensure user access privileges are perfectly aligned with job roles and business requirements.
- Audit & Compliance Management: Lead the submission of technical evidence and hold discussions with external and internal audits, ensuring rigorous quality checks are completed for all tactical controls.
- Cybersecurity Vendor Management: Improve customer service experience regarding cybersecurity vendor services provided by external third parties (such as Santander Digital Services), resolving escalated issues with key stakeholders.
- Global Alignment: Coordinate and maintain strategic alignment through effective communication with global operating model teams, ensuring any reporting deviations are duly understood and accepted.
- Analysis & Performance Metrics: Conduct data analysis and reporting related to vendor performance metrics, SLAs, and cost-saving exercises.

What are the mandatory requirements for this position?
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in IT/Cybersecurity service management or IAM control roles within regulated environments (highly preferred in Banking).
- Vendor & Contract Management: Demonstrated experience in service level assessment, managing third-party engagements, and managing contracts/SLAs including specific cybersecurity clauses, breach timelines, and audit rights.
- Leadership: Solid experience managing and leading a team.
- IT Operations: Strong understanding of IT and Cyber BAU operations, change management, and familiarity with ITIL concepts and methodologies.
- Risk & Regulatory Frameworks: Strong risk assessment skills and in-depth knowledge of data privacy laws and industry standards (GDPR, PCI DSS, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and ISO/IEC 27001).
- Languages: Professional fluency in both Spanish and English (B2+ level) is mandatory for international stakeholder coordination.
