Job Description

The company provides a comprehensive SaaS security platform designed to reduce risk, detect and respond to threats, and prevent breaches at the source. Its leadership team includes veterans from notable security firms, and its solutions are trusted by over 200 global enterprises, including major Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 companies. The organization is experiencing strong global growth and expanding partnerships with key technology providers.


2. About the Opportunity:

The Technical Account Manager role is essential for driving customer success by providing expert technical guidance on the use of the security platform. This position serves as a critical liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring customers maximize value from the platform and helping to inform product improvements. The role is fully remote with a preference for candidates located in Texas or Chicago, IL.


3.Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality technical support and manage multiple customer requests of varying complexity.

• Own resolution of complex issues by collaborating with engineering, product management, and sales teams.

• Ensure successful customer onboarding and effective platform integration into daily workflows.

• Enhance customer understanding and usage through documentation, guides, and training sessions.

• Identify and implement improvements in customer support processes and tools.

• Conduct Account Health checks and Quarterly Business Reviews.


4. Requirements:

• Strong technical and communication skills to represent the organization to customers.

• Experience building and managing customer relationships.

• Background in cybersecurity with focus on Cloud and SaaS security.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results.

• Proficiency in administering and configuring SaaS applications like Google Workplace, O365, Okta, and Duo.

• Experience with APIs, integrations, middleware, and web authentication methods (tokens, OAuth, SAML).

• Software engineering knowledge, particularly Python, is a plus.

• Experience with cybersecurity solution stacks and incident response is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 5%).


5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Base salary range: $135,000 to $160,000 USD.

• Eligibility for equity awards and possible sales commissions or incentive compensation depending on role.
