Job Description


Greenway Collins are working with a YC-backed AI startup building infrastructure for voice agent QA.


They’ve grown revenue 10x since August 2024, are growing around 20% month-on-month, have analysed millions of production voice agent calls, and are already working with serious enterprise customers, including a pilot with a top 3 US bank and procurement with a Fortune 10 company.


This is not a classic SDR role.


It is also not a narrow AE role where you inherit leads, run a polished deck, and wait for someone else to handle the technical bits.


They’re looking for a high-agency GTM Engineer who can own the full customer journey:


• ICP research

• outbound prospecting

• cold calls

• discovery

• demos

• technical validation

• closing

• basic onboarding

• feedback loops with product and engineering


$120k-$180k base + 0.2%-0.6% equity


The strongest fit is likely one of these profiles:


• technical SDR ready to own the full funnel

• early GTM operator at a startup

• forward deployed engineer moving closer to revenue

• ex-founder who has sold, built and figured things out from scratch

• technical AE who wants a much broader role

• startup operator with strong AI/tooling fluency and commercial instincts


You do not need voice AI experience.


You do need to be able to learn fast, use AI tools properly, get on calls with technical buyers, and be comfortable operating without a big-company support system around you.


Useful background:


• early-stage startup experience

• outbound sales, Apollo, LinkedIn, cold calling

• Claude, Cursor, AI workflows, MCPs or similar

• customer-facing engineering, FDE, solutions or technical GTM work

• healthcare, financial services or security-heavy procurement exposure

• voice AI, telephony, STT/TTS, LLM orchestration or devtools, nice to have


Bad fit:


• you only want SDR, AE or Solutions Engineer lanes

• you need a long shadowing period before contributing

• you’re mainly looking for title progression

• you’ve only worked in large, structured enterprise environments

• you dislike ambiguity

• you want someone else to handle prospecting, demos, onboarding or technical discovery
