Our client is a high growth UK Fintech transforming digital lending and financial products to make credit more accessible, transparent, and customer-focused.

This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape and drive the company’s security strategy in a regulated environment. You'll lead the Information Security function, partner with senior stakeholders, and build a security-first culture as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Information Security team
• Own and evolve the security strategy, roadmap, and objectives

• Manage security risks, incidents, audits, and compliance activities
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Leadership teams
• Drive security awareness, governance, and vendor management
• Report security metrics and risk insights to senior stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in Information Security, Cyber Security, or Security Engineering
• Strong knowledge of ISMS and regulatory compliance frameworks
• Experience developing security strategies and managing risk
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
