Role Description This is a part-time remote Digital Marketing role at Le Kiif. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, monitoring performance, and engaging with the online community in line with brand guidelines. The role also involves setting up and tracking digital campaigns, analyzing web and campaign analytics, and preparing concise performance reports with actionable recommendations. The specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging, support product or campaign launches, and continuously test new tactics to improve results.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience running and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, community management, and platform best practices.
  • Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to interpret data, track KPIs, and translate insights into clear recommendations.
  • Strong Communication skills, including clear written communication for digital channels and effective collaboration with distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with basic design or content tools (e.g., Canva, simple video editing) is an advantage.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote, part-time environment, managing time and priorities effectively.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing or social media roles; relevant coursework or certifications in marketing, communications, or related fields are beneficial.
