We are currently in search of a talented Front-end Developer to enrich our IT team. As a Front-end Developer, you will play a pivotal role in sculpting the user-facing aspects of our web applications, ensuring seamless functionality and captivating user experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including designers and back-end developers, to translate design mock-ups into responsive, high-performance web applications.
Develop and maintain elegant, reusable, and scalable front-end components and frameworks.
Ensure the utmost quality, performance, and accessibility standards across all user interfaces.
Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to ensure smooth integration with back-end systems and functionalities.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continually refine development practices and strategies.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, facilitating code reviews and troubleshooting sessions as necessary.
Must-Have Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Demonstrable experience as a Front-end Developer or in a similar capacity, supported by a robust portfolio showcasing your projects.
Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries (such as React.js, Vue.js, Angular, etc.).
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
Strong problem-solving aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Exposure to cloud platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Knowledge of back-end development principles and technologies.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break).
Days off: Saturday, Sunday, Japanese public holidays, and Lunar New Year (with adjustments for working on other Japanese public holidays).
