For our client, we are seeking a IT Manager (hybrid) to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a consumer-facing environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Provide tech support to employees and oversee issue resolution
- Recommend and implement secure IT architecture
- Develop clear processes to mitigate errors
- Maintain IT policies and manage vendor relations to achieve objectives
- Evaluate new technologies to enhance infrastructure
- Set up a help desk ticketing system for issue tracking
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding and offboarding tech needs
- Update executives on IT matters regularly

- 6-8 years experience with Mac & PC environments, troubleshooting, and setup
- 2+ years in a supervisory role, managing teams
- Experience in scaling companies or eCommerce, plus agency or startup exposure
- Proficient with G-Suite
- Knowledge of JIRA service desk is necessary; Kandji experience is a plus
- Experience with hybrid cloud infrastructure monitoring
- Management skills for iOS and Android device support
