We're partnering with a growing technology solutions provider that is expanding its cybersecurity capability and looking to hire a Cyber Security Engineer to join the team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2β3 years of experience who wants to broaden their exposure beyond traditional security operations and work across cloud security, compliance, incident response, infrastructure security, and modern Microsoft technologies.
You'll play a key role in helping secure client environments, working alongside infrastructure, networking, and offensive security specialists to deliver effective security solutions and continuously improve security posture.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and enhancing Microsoft security technologies including Microsoft 365, Sentinel, Entra ID, and Intune
- Configuring and maintaining Intune compliance policies and endpoint security controls
- Conducting security audits and compliance reviews across Microsoft 365 environments
- Supporting incident response activities and security investigations
- Working with external SOC providers and responding to escalated security events
- Collaborating with networking and security teams on remediation and hardening initiatives
- Supporting Azure and cloud security projects
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of security processes, controls, and documentation

What We're Looking For
- 2β3 years' experience in a Cyber Security Analyst, Cyber Security Engineer, or similar position
- Strong experience across:
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Sentinel
- Entra ID
- Intune
- Experience configuring Intune Compliance Policies
- Security auditing experience within Microsoft 365 environments
- Good understanding of incident response processes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
Nice to Have
- Networking exposure
- Firewall experience (Fortinet preferred)
- SOC or SOC escalation experience
- Azure infrastructure exposure
- Experience working alongside offensive security teams
- Exposure to AI-driven security tooling
