Job Description
Driving Knowledge Sharing for 4-Stroke and Propulsion by working on Everllence AI knowledge sharing tool.
Are you passionate about marine engines and digital innovation? At Everllence, we’re leading the green transition in shipping and energy. Join us and help turn complex technical knowledge into smart solutions that empower our global service network. If you’re ready to make an impact on sustainability and technology, this is your chance.
You will play an important role in:
- Creating and updating troubleshooting content for 4-stroke engines (Holeby), propulsion systems (Frederikshavn), and 175D engines in our AI-based knowledge-sharing platform.
- Translating expert knowledge and technical information into clear, structured AI-ready content and troubleshooting guidelines for our global service network.
- Preparing diagrams, images, and supporting documents for inclusion in the system.
- Validating content accuracy, testing platform functionality, and reviewing AI-generated responses to ensure reliable, high-quality answers that support our service organization in delivering faster replies to our customers.
- Understanding user feedback and translating it into tangible improvement suggestions that help improve both the platform and data sources.
- Have experience as a Marine Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or similar, preferably with hands-on knowledge of 4-stroke engines, propulsion systems, and/or high-speed engines similar to Everllence 175D technology.
- Are interested in Artificial Intelligence and curious on how this technology can create value across field service, onboard operations, and fleet management – no coding expertise required.
- Communicate clearly in English and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams – as a global organization, all primary communication happens in English.
- Thrive in a central role with a broad network of stakeholders, where you collaborate across the organization and translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly, and AI-optimized content.
- Are proactive and detail-oriented, ensuring high-quality content that supports global service excellence.

You’ll work closely with subject matter experts to figure out which topics matter most and what needs to be covered. You’ll also run knowledge-sharing sessions, where you capture their insights and turn them into digital content that can be used in our AI tools. Once the content is in place, you’ll test it to make sure it works and that end users can actually find and use the information.
This is an ongoing, iterative process. You’ll regularly revisit and improve existing documentation and clean up older material to keep everything consistent and well-integrated with our manuals.
