Position: Penetration Tester
Location: Braine‑l’Alleud, Belgium (relocating to Brussels later)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct web application, infrastructure, and application penetration testing.
- Lead and participate in Red Team and Blue Team activities.
- Perform security design reviews to ensure compliance with internal security policies and standards.
- Provide cyber security consultancy, technical guidance, and expert recommendations to project teams and operational stakeholders.
- Identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and propose effective remediation measures.
- Coordinate with internal security and accreditation stakeholders, including:
- Configuration Control Boards (CCB)
- Security Accreditation Boards (SABs)
- Security authorities and governance bodies
- Other organisational units involved in security assurance
- Prepare and deliver technical reports, executive summaries, and presentations for both technical and leadership audiences.
- Support collaboration between internal and external stakeholders under the direction of the Penetration Testing Cell Lead.

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise
Minimum 3+ years of experience in:
- Web application penetration testing
- IT infrastructure penetration testing
- Network security architecture
- Vulnerability assessment (OS, software, protocols, networks)
- Evaluation of security tools and technologies
- UNIX/Linux and Windows system administration
- Penetration testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
Programming / Scripting
Experience with at least one of:
- Python
- Perl
- Ruby
- Shell scripting (Bash, KSH, CSH)
