Job Description


Role Overview


The Account Manager will drive sales growth across Asia by leveraging their existing network, building new relationships, and working closely with our marketing team to convert inbound leads. This is a remote role with excellent earning potential through a very attractive, uncapped commission structure.


Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities across Asia with a focus on enterprise and mid-market clients.

• Manage and grow a personal portfolio of accounts, leveraging your own network of cybersecurity decision-makers.

• Convert marketing-provided leads into new opportunities and long-term clients.

• Deliver consultative sales around penetration testing, red teaming, and related security services.

• Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and closure.

• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and account growth.

• Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, with a focus on penetration testing or offensive security services.

• Demonstrated success in hitting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong existing network of IT security leaders (CISOs, CIOs, Security Managers) across Asia.

• Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Fluent in English (additional Asian languages a plus).

• Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
