Senior Data Analyst
📍 Location: Remote (U.S. Eastern Time Zone REQUIRED)
💼 Employment Type: Contract
This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must currently reside within the Eastern Time Zone (EDT/EST) or be able to consistently work standard Eastern Time business hours without exception
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using SQL, MySQL, and Power BI.
- Extract, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources to deliver actionable business insights and reporting solutions.
- Develop performance metrics, trend analysis, predictive forecasts, and operational dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and support data-driven decision-making.
- Create and maintain reporting documentation, processes, and best practices.
- Provide training and consultation on reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring data accuracy, reporting integrity, and timely project delivery.

Required Qualification
- 3+ years of experience working with SQL, including query development, data extraction, validation, and reporting.
- 3+ years of experience developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI.
- 3+ years of experience working with large datasets in a government, public sector, or highly regulated environment.
- 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including data analysis, reporting, and data management.
- 3+ years of experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- 3+ years of experience utilizing and interpreting medical terminology within healthcare data environments.

Education
