Job Description
We’re looking for an engaging, driven and highly organised Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help shape the future of online retail.
This is a full-time position, based at our Bristol office and reports directly to the company MD, who will work with you setting goals. Premises address is 35 Brookgate, Bristol, BS3 2UN.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ecommerce marketing strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement
- Identify target markets and devise effective marketing campaigns to reach them
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality marketing materials
- Manage the company’s social media accounts, sharing content to engage with the audience
- Develop social media campaigns to drive traffic to the ecommerce site and increase brand awareness
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, special offers, and brand updates
- Manage content for the ecommerce site, including product descriptions, blog posts, and multimedia content
- Implement SEO strategies to improve the website’s organic search rankings
- Conduct keyword research and optimise product descriptions, meta tags, and other on-page elements
- Coordinate with brands for specialised marketing activities
- Use various tools for marketing automation, data analysis, and content management
- Track and analyse website traffic, sales data, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics
- Manage the ecommerce marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to different campaigns and initiatives
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years experience with digital marketing
- Previous experience with ecommerce marketing including SEO, email marketing, influencer marketing, and social media marketing
- Extremely detail-oriented; someone who is uncomfortable with even the smallest inconsistency or imperfection
- Proficiency with spreadsheets including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- A deep understanding of ecommerce business practices
- Supremely organised with an ability to highlight the key challenges and how to meet them
- A use of critical thinking skills to improve sales and product visibility
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including strong oral and written articulation skills
- A creative problem solver who demonstrates out-of-the-box thinking
- A proactive and highly motivated team player
- Meets the very highest standards of integrity and ethical behaviour
- Must be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to multitask with solid organisational and time-management skills
