We are currently looking for a Regional HRIS Analyst to support a major Workday implementation across LATAM.
You can apply for the position from Colombia, Peru, Chile or Mexico.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys leading regional initiatives, working closely with HR teams and stakeholders across multiple countries.
🔍 What will you do?
- Act as a Workday (HCM) functional and technical expert across LATAM
- Support the regional implementation roadmap, starting with Headcount Management and core HR processes
- Work alongside HR, leadership, and implementation partners using a PMO approach
- Lead testing, deployment, training, and communication activities
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure adoption
- Translate business needs into scalable system solutions
- Manage HR data, organizational structures, and system configurations
- Train stakeholders and ensure effective system usage
- Ensure compliance, data accuracy, and alignment with best practices

✅ What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in Workday implementation (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of HR processes (Payroll, Core HR, Talent, etc.)
- Experience in regional or global projects (LATAM exposure is a plus)
- Experience acting as PMO or project lead in HRIS initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in change management and training delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work with urgency in dynamic environments
- Advanced English level (must-have)
