THE MISSION & EARLY TRACTION Uncensored Voices is developing a secure, zero-knowledge risk-intelligence platform designed to map institutional safeguarding breakdowns globally. By utilizing a proprietary data taxonomy, we aim to decouple identity verification from disclosure aggregation, converting qualitative input into structured risk metrics.

We have already compiled an internal baseline dataset of 100+ multi-regional case studies to validate our data framework. We are now assembling our core engineering team to transform this model into a functional Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

ROLES AVAILABLE & CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking two distinct, highly skilled technical partners to join our founding squad:

• Core Mandate: Own the data architecture, cryptographic safety, and end-to-end backend pipeline.
• Key Tasks:
• Architect and deploy zero-knowledge storage frameworks to ensure absolute informant anonymity.
• Design secure, metadata-sanitized ingestion APIs for qualitative data input.

• Implement industry-standard encryption protocols (at rest and in transit) to protect data silos from external breaches.
• Research and align backend architecture with global data protection standards (such as GDPR frameworks).

• Core Mandate: Own the user interface, translation of data into visual risk analytics, and enterprise dashboard experience.
• Key Tasks:
• Translate complex data points into clean, actionable, high-level compliance graphs and data dashboards.
• Build intuitive, trauma-informed, and highly secure intake forms for informants.
• Optimize web platform responsiveness, accessibility (WCAG compliance), and speed across global networks.
• Collaborate directly with the backend lead to seamlessly integrate data APIs into a polished user experience.

ELIGIBILITY & TECHNICAL EXPECTATIONS

• Experience: Proven experience building and deploying functional applications. A background or degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Cryptography, or Data Science is highly preferred, but practical execution ability is paramount.
• The Stack: Open to architectural recommendations, but proficiency in robust, secure backends (Python, Node.js, Go) and modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or Vue) is expected.
• Mindset: A highly disciplined, self-starting professional. You are comfortable collaborating across border timezones in an agile, remote team environment.
