Support workflows involving event planning, venue selection, vendor management, attendee engagement, sponsorship coordination, and post-event analysis

About the Role

We are looking for an Event Manager (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on event planning, logistics management, stakeholder coordination, budgeting, vendor management, and event execution.

In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, virtual events, social gatherings, event marketing, and operational planning, helping improve how AI models understand and solve real-world event management challenges.

Your expertise will contribute to improving AI systems used for event planning, project coordination, customer engagement, logistics optimization, and operational decision-making.


Responsibilities

  • Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain
  • Annotate and evaluate AI-generated event planning and management outputs
  • Review peer-developed deliverables to improve AI research quality and consistency
  • Assess AI outputs for feasibility, operational effectiveness, budgeting accuracy, stakeholder management, and event success factors
  • Identify logistical issues, scheduling conflicts, budgeting concerns, vendor coordination gaps, or execution risks in AI-generated plans and provide structured feedback
  • Support workflows involving event planning, venue selection, vendor management, attendee engagement, sponsorship coordination, and post-event analysis
  • Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems focused on event management and operational excellence


Requirements

  • Background in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields
  • Experience planning and managing corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, webinars, workshops, or large-scale gatherings
  • Strong understanding of event logistics, budgeting, vendor management, stakeholder communication, and project coordination
  • Familiarity with event management tools, registration platforms, scheduling systems, and virtual event technologies
  • Experience in sponsorship management, event marketing, or attendee engagement is a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
