Job Title: UKG Pro WFM / HRIS Analyst (Timekeeping & Workforce Management)


Hybrid in Scottsdale, Arizona. A relocation package is provided if not local but willing to relocate.


Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced UKG Pro HRIS / Workforce Management professional with strong expertise in timekeeping, system implementations, reporting, and HRIS integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with UKG Pro Timekeeping and related WFM modules, along with the ability to support business processes, reporting, and system optimization in a complex enterprise environment.


Required Qualifications

Experience & UKG Expertise

  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in HRIS and Workforce Management (WFM), including Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • Hands-on experience with UKG Pro Timekeeping
  • Proven experience completing at least one full UKG Pro Timekeeping implementation
  • Experience integrating UKG Pro Timekeeping with Scheduling and Workday or UKG Pro Payroll
  • Experience designing, creating, and modifying UKG Pro business processes
  • Strong ability to build complex reports using UKG Pro Timekeeping reporting tools and/or UKG Pro WFM Data Hub


Technical & Systems Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Factors)

UKG & Workforce Tools

  • Familiarity with UKG Scheduling
  • Working knowledge of UKG Pro security model

Methodologies & Delivery Experience

  • Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments (sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives)
  • Functional or techno-functional expertise in:
  • UKG Timekeeping
  • Workday Payroll
  • Zebra Scheduling

Architecture & Advanced Technical Exposure

  • Exposure to TOGAF and BOST methodology
  • Experience developing test automation using Selenium or similar tools
