Job Title: UKG Pro WFM / HRIS Analyst (Timekeeping & Workforce Management)
Hybrid in Scottsdale, Arizona. A relocation package is provided if not local but willing to relocate.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced UKG Pro HRIS / Workforce Management professional with strong expertise in timekeeping, system implementations, reporting, and HRIS integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with UKG Pro Timekeeping and related WFM modules, along with the ability to support business processes, reporting, and system optimization in a complex enterprise environment.
Required Qualifications
Experience & UKG Expertise
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in HRIS and Workforce Management (WFM), including Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Hands-on experience with UKG Pro Timekeeping
- Proven experience completing at least one full UKG Pro Timekeeping implementation
- Experience integrating UKG Pro Timekeeping with Scheduling and Workday or UKG Pro Payroll
- Experience designing, creating, and modifying UKG Pro business processes
- Strong ability to build complex reports using UKG Pro Timekeeping reporting tools and/or UKG Pro WFM Data Hub
