✅ Running client and candidate interviews end-to-end, and coaching agents to hire well

✅ Client success — onboarding, retention, coaching, and replacements

✅ Our internal hiring + HR systems — every internal hire, job scope, and interview runs through you

✅ Team culture, training, events, and energy as we scale
