Senior Software Engineer (.NET)

We are hiring an experienced .NET engineer (usually 5+ years of experience) for a fully remote position in Europe. The ideal candidate is someone with experience and technical skills in the following areas: 

Experience: 

• professional fluency in spoken and written English 
• working in an agile sprint team environment  
• using pull requests and code reviews constructively  
• using communication platforms (Jira, Slack) for collaboration 
• seeking feedback and input to move projects forward quickly 

Senior experience

• designing web applications at e-commerce scale and performance 
• mentoring junior engineers on good design and code practices 
• managing and monitoring production systems 
• taking a project from concept to safe launch into production  
• writing design documents that break projects into iterative steps 
• finding the project-appropriate balance between speed and robustness 
• validating whether plans and implementation meet business needs 

Technical skills: 

• modern .NET frameworks (.NET 7+) 
• LINQ based DB queries with SQL Server (or similar relational databases) 
• event-based decoupled architecture 
• hands-on experience in API design, scaling, and security 

Preferred experience: 

• Azure Cloud
• Responsibility for maintaining proper SEO metadata structure 
• Integrating APIs with third-party vendors
