Digital Marketing Manager
Based in BUD - Office
Purpose of the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote Wizz Air's brand, products, and services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.
The Digital Marketing Manager reports to the Senior Marketing Manager within the Commercial Organization. The role is based in Budapest, Hungary, at WIZZ new HQ.

Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels
- Oversee the creation and management of content for digital marketing campaigns
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Lead and being the single touchpoint of digital agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget.
Requirements:
- Completed university or college degree.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, airline or travel industry background is a plus.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in leading cross functional teams.
- Experience in multi-country operations.
- Willingness to travel across and beyond Europe.
- Ability to work well under pressure ensuring tasks are prioritized and goals are met.
