We are looking for a Team Lead Performance Marketing - Upper Funnel (m/f/d) to join our team. You will have the opportunity to lead a team of three in optimising our Upper Funnel activities. It will be up to you to maintain and optimise our current setup as well as launch brand-new initiatives to help grow awareness, brand consideration, and drive performance. How you contribute
- You will manage a small team responsible for Display, Influencers, YouTube, and Retargeting marketing channels, as well as Lead Generation and new channel testing
- The full responsibility for Lead Generation activities across the business lies in your hands
- Maintaining and improving our Display Ads setup as well as keeping up-to-date with industry standards is part of your job
- You will optimise our Influencer marketing workflow and adapt our Influencer marketing strategy
- Testing and optimising new marketing channels with a focus on brand positioning and brand awareness is one of your responsibilities
- You will also develop and optimize existing workflows and processes based on a changing tech landscape
What you bring
- You possess a bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline
- Additionally, you have at least six years of relevant work experience, with at least two years' experience leading a team
- You have a proven track record in Upper Funnel marketing channels with a strong focus on at least one channel, preferably Display or Influencer marketing
- You ideally bring expert knowledge of Facebook Ads, Taboola, Outbrain and/or other similar platforms, expert knowledge of Smartly is a strong plus
- Besides that, you have strong skills in Excel, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools and platforms
- Your analytical, creative, solution-oriented mindset as well as your strong problem-solving skills make you the perfect fit
- You are fluent in English (at least C1-level), other languages, especially German, are a plus
