Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US EST

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Tricentis Test Automation Engineer to join our Bengaluru delivery center and support enterprise-scale automation programs for global clients. This role is ideal for hands-on automation professionals with strong Tosca expertise, a solid foundation in manual testing, and experience contributing to robust, maintainable test
automation solutions.
The engineer will work closely with Solution Architects, QA Leads, developers, and business stakeholders to design, build, and execute automation aligned to business-critical processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca for functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Build reusable Tosca assets, including Modules, TestCases, Business Components, and test Data to support scalable automation frameworks.
- Translate functional and technical requirements into effective T osca automation scenarios with full traceability.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to implement enterprise automation strategies and standards.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines.
- Support API testing and service-level validation using Tosca API Scan and API Test Case Design.
- Contribute to test data management strategies and ensure automation maintainability and reliability.
- Document automation assets, execution results, and best practices.
- Support knowledge transfer, peer reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2–4 years of overall experience in Software Testing.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca.
- Strong background in manual testing fundamentals (test design, execution, defect
- lifecycle).
- Experience across multiple testing types: Functional testing / Regression testing / Integration testing
- Understanding of end-to-end business process testing.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work US EST hours and collaborate with global stakeholders.
