This is a contract-based position and the role is fully remote.

In this role, the DevOps Engineer will work in a multi-client consulting environment and contribute to infrastructure, CI/CD, cloud, and operational solutions for enterprise customers across different industries. The position requires a hands-on engineering mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to ensure reliable service continuity within SLA commitments.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing Linux/Unix-based systems, including performance monitoring and troubleshooting.

Setting up, configuring, and operating monitoring, log management, and observability platforms.

Contributing actively to incident, problem, and change management processes within SLA frameworks.

Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.

Presenting solution recommendations in customer technical meetings and managing stakeholder communication effectively.

What we are looking for:

Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in DevOps, system administration, or cloud operations.

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes environments.

Practical experience with monitoring, log management, and observability tools.

Advanced hands-on experience with at least one CI/CD automation platform.

Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools.

Strong foundational knowledge of Linux/Unix system administration.

Scripting and automation experience with Python and/or Bash.

Experience with version control systems and branching strategies.

Nice to have:

Basic knowledge of networking and cybersecurity.

Familiarity with service management processes.

Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and security automation tools.

Experience with enterprise Kubernetes distribution platforms.

Valid certification in cloud or container technologies.

Professional qualities we value:

Ability to work effectively in multi-client environments with multiple simultaneous priorities.

Willingness to contribute to team collaboration and knowledge-sharing culture.

Clear, constructive, and professional communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Fast adaptation to new technologies and environments.

Continuous learning mindset.

Proactive problem detection and solution-oriented approach.

Additional note:

Turkish language skills are not required for this position. However, being able to speak Turkish would be considered a positive advantage during the hiring process.

This role offers the opportunity to gain experience in enterprise-scale projects across industries such as banking, automotive, and manufacturing, work with diverse technology stacks, benefit from company-supported certification and professional training programs, and grow within a flat, mentorship-oriented team structure.
