The Opportunity

We're hiring a Paid Social Ad Operations Specialist to support the daily ad operations of a fast-growing consumer brand that scales through high-volume paid social and creator-driven campaigns — building, launching, and QA-ing ads across Meta and TikTok, powering real-time creator content and Spark Ads launches, and keeping campaign structures, naming conventions, and launch processes running cleanly so senior media buyers can stay focused on strategy and growth.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Ad Builds & Launches: Build, duplicate, update, and launch ads across Meta and TikTok based on provided instructions, including real-time launches when new creator content or Spark Ads become available.
  • Campaign Management: Turn ads on and off based on clear rules and team direction, following existing campaign structures, naming conventions, and launch processes.
  • Creative Workflows: Pull new creative assets from creator programs and internal teams, use provided copy banks to build ads accurately, and support creative swap-outs and updates within existing campaigns.
  • Quality Assurance: QA every ad build before launch to confirm the correct creative, copy, naming, tracking, and setup are in place.
  • Account Maintenance: Monitor active ads, perform basic account maintenance, and assist with basic optimizations based on predefined rules and guidance from senior team members.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Maintain launch logs and workflow trackers in Google Sheets, and support reporting workflows by downloading platform data and comparing Meta and TikTok performance against analytics reporting.
  • Communication & Escalation: Communicate launch status, blockers, and updates clearly in Slack, and escalate performance concerns, setup issues, or unclear instructions to the internal team quickly.


What You Bring

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid social ad operations, media buying support, or performance marketing execution.
  • Platform Expertise: Direct experience building and launching ads in both Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, with a strong understanding of campaign structures, ad sets, creative testing, and launch workflows.
  • Process Discipline: Ability to follow detailed SOPs, naming conventions, and QA checklists with precision while working with high-volume, fast-moving creative workflows.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail around creative assets, copy, dates, naming, and setup accuracy, plus the ability to make basic optimizations based on clear rules.
  • Tools & Communication: Comfortable working in Google Sheets and Slack, with strong written English communication skills.
  • Availability: Able to work U.S. business hours, ideally aligned with EST or CST, and comfortable supporting real-time, quick-turn ad launches during the workday.


Bonus Points if:

  • Experience supporting fitness, app, DTC, creator-led, or performance marketing clients
  • Experience with Spark Ads or creator-content launch workflows
  • Familiarity with Amplitude or similar analytics and reporting tools
  • Experience using AI tools like Claude to support reporting or workflow execution
  • Experience working in an agency or fast-paced growth marketing environment
  • Familiarity with Google Ads or broader paid media channels
  • Experience supporting creative testing programs or UGC/creator ad pipelines
