The Opportunity

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Assistant to join a high-volume DTC subscription brand with a large and engaged customer base — someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly reliable in supporting the marketing team with email campaign execution, QA, and performance reporting. You'll build and quality-check marketing emails in Iterable, maintain and update templated reporting in Google Sheets using Mixpanel and Looker data, follow established SOPs for every build and recap, and escalate discrepancies quickly — keeping the campaign engine running accurately and on schedule.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Email Campaign Building: Build and QA marketing emails in Iterable using drag-and-drop editors and HTML template editing (fonts, images, headers, links); host and organize images in AWS and verify all links and assets are functioning correctly before send
• Analytics & Reporting: Pull and organize campaign performance data using Mixpanel and Looker; maintain and update templated Google Sheets reports for performance recaps; ensure reporting accuracy and flag any discrepancies promptly
• QA & Process Adherence: Follow established SOPs for campaign builds, QA, and reporting; maintain consistency and accuracy across all deliverables; escalate issues, inconsistencies, or data errors to the appropriate team members without delay
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Communicate with internal teams via Slack and Gmail; support ad-hoc analytics or marketing tasks as business needs arise

What You Bring

• Email Campaign Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing email campaigns in Iterable or a comparable enterprise ESP (Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• HTML & Template Editing: Basic to intermediate HTML skills sufficient to edit existing email templates — adjusting fonts, images, headers, and links without building from scratch
• Analytics & Reporting Tools: Experience pulling and organizing data in Mixpanel, Looker, or similar analytics platforms; strong Google Sheets proficiency for data entry, formulas, and maintaining performance trackers
• Attention to Detail & Reliability: Exceptionally organized, accountable, and detail-focused — you catch errors before they become problems, follow processes consistently, and are proactive and responsive during PST hours
• AWS Familiarity: Some familiarity with AWS for image and asset hosting; training can be provided for candidates who are close but not fully experienced

Bonus Points if:

• You have experience with Airtable or other task and ticket management systems
• You have broader CMS or landing page editing experience
• You have familiarity with additional ESPs such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp as transferable experience
