- Create and maintain email marketing workflows, lead nurturing programs, and segmentation strategies
- Manage marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to improve lead generation and conversion processes
- Develop audience segmentation and personalization strategies
- Ensure data quality and maintain marketing databases
- Create reports and dashboards to track marketing KPIs and campaign effectiveness
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance

- Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- 2โ4 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM marketing, or digital marketing
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes
- Understanding of email marketing, customer lifecycle marketing, and lead nurturing strategies
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
