Location: 100% Remote

Clearance: Minimum Public Trust Required

Job Type: Full-Time

Target Salary Range*: $50,000 - $80,000.

  • This represents the potential salary range for this position depending on education level, years of experience and/or certifications in addition to other position specific requirements which may impact salary

Position Summary

UC / Telecom Support Analyst (2+ yrs) with experience supporting enterprise VoIP, VTC, or unified communications (UC) across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments, including Tier 1/2 troubleshooting, incident triage, and service restoration

Required Skills

  • Experience with user provisioning, endpoint configuration, and ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar).
  • Basic networking (QoS/voice-video dependencies) and supporting backup, recovery, and disaster recovery testing activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to follow SOPs and maintain runbooks/documentation, support on-site operations and 24/7 on-call.
  • Associateโ€™s or Bachelorโ€™s degree (IT/Telecom/CS or related).
  • 2+ years relevant experience supporting enterprise VoIP, VTC, or unified communications (UC) across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments, including Tier 1/2 troubleshooting, incident triage, and service restoration.
