Promoveo Health is a growing healthcare contract sales organization that helps pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, dental, and healthcare companies build and deploy high performing sales teams across North America.

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting operations, candidate experience, and hiring processes. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys working with people, managing multiple priorities, and helping build successful teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms
• Source and identify candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting tools
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within applicant tracking systems
• Assist with offer preparation and onboarding coordination

• Conduct reference checks and background screening coordination
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support nationwide recruiting initiatives for healthcare and sales positions
• Generate recruiting reports and hiring metrics as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, human resources, or recruiting coordination experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, applicant tracking systems, or CRM platforms preferred

• Salary: $50,000 annually
