About the role
As the AI Experience Architect at LabNext70, you won't just be advising on learning design—you’ll be actively building the future of AI-native educational products. This is a high-impact, hands-on "maker" role where you will design, build, and deliver next-generation learning experiences that advance both our commercial agenda and the University's AI integration mission. Operating at the intersection of AI and instructional design, your core focus will be translating complex academic and professional concepts into scalable, accessible learning products. You will apply advanced prompt and context engineering, generative prototyping, and vibe coding methodologies to ship production-quality assets. A key aspect of this role involves exercising sophisticated, independent pedagogical judgement to evaluate, select, and integrate emerging AI tools and EdTech platforms in ways that are ethically sound and institutionally aligned.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A "Maker" Mindset: A proven track record of designing, building, and shipping production-quality educational products using digital tooling, generative AI, and rapid iteration methodologies.
- Pedagogical Expertise: Sophisticated judgement and deep instructional design capability, allowing you to translate complex concepts into highly engaging and accessible user experiences.
- Generative Prototyping Experience: Hands-on capability with advanced prompt and context engineering, AI-assisted development workflows, and modern vibe coding.
- Strategic Insight: The ability to independently evaluate, navigate, and safely integrate emerging EdTech platforms and AI tools for diverse commercial and institutional audiences.
- Digital Leadership: A readiness to actively champion AI literacy and modern digital capabilities, helping to drive institutional adoption and capability building.
