Integrate security best practices into provisioning, deployment, and testing activities, supporting compliance with industry standards and frameworks such as NIST, CIS, and SOC 2.

About The Role

We are seeking an Associate or Mid-Level Software Engineer to join our team in either St. Louis, MO, or Daytona Beach, FL. This pivotal role involves provisioning and managing lab environments both on-premises and in the cloud, orchestrating automated integration testing across multiple program segments, and managing deployment mechanisms for physical and virtual systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cloud infrastructure, automation, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and integration testing orchestration. Your contributions will enable us to deliver data-driven feedback to development teams, enhancing product stability, performance, and cross-segment integration. Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in DevSecOps, cloud engineering, or similar roles is required. Hands-on experience with provisioning and managing lab/test environments on-premises and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS is essential. Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or ARM templates is necessary, along with familiarity with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS) and container orchestration. Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell are required, as well as experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps. Knowledge of automated testing frameworks, monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, and an understanding of security best practices are highly valued. Preferred candidates will have additional certifications, extensive experience deploying and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters, and familiarity with security frameworks and secrets management tools.
