Job Description
At Exness, we are not just a leading trading broker—we’ve reimagined what it takes to be a leader. With 40M+ trades a day and 2,000+ people across 13 countries, we combine scale, care, and real tech to make trading better for 1M+ clients worldwide.
Recognised globally as a Best Place to Work, we’re a people-first company where long-term wins always matter more. As part of our team, you will shape the future of fintech with real technology, care, and purpose.
Why this role matters
People Technology & Analytics Team Lead owns and evolves a portfolio of People products by defining the long-term vision, strategy and roadmap to maximise business and workforce value and leading the delivery of a portfolio of HR automation, analytics and system development initiatives, combining strategic oversight with hands-on execution. Embedded within the People function, the role applies product mindset to People systems and analytics by focusing on continuous discovery, prioritisation and measurable outcomes rather than isolated one-off projects. While the role leads major initiatives, its fundamental focus is on product strategy and value ownership as well as managing and mentoring a team of technical professionals, setting priorities and ensuring accountability for results.
The role is based in our Limassol office, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.
What you'll actually do
- Define and maintain a global, multi-year product vision and roadmap for People systems, analytics, automation and development capabilities.
- Align People products to company strategy and People priorities, translating internal needs and external market trends (People tech, analytics, automation, AI) into value-driven opportunities.
- Own People systems as products, not tools, with a clear focus on users, problems, outcomes and value realisation.
- Lead structured discovery across People processes, systems and data flows to analyse pain points, user needs and structural gaps to define improvement opportunities.
- Prioritise initiatives using impact, feasibility and scalability criteria; manage roadmap trade-offs aligned with business value.
- Evaluate trends in People tech, analytics, automation and AI, piloting and implementing solutions that strengthen architecture and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Act as the strategic partner to People functional leaders, identifying and framing business problems, shaping them into outcome-driven product priorities and managing trade-offs across competing needs.
- Lead the team in stakeholder engagements within HR, IT, Finance and external vendors, ensuring effective communication, ownership of deliverables and successful cross-functional project execution.
- Provide expert guidance and hands-on support for HR technology systems and solutions.
- Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team of business / data analysts and developers, setting clear priorities, allocating resources and driving accountability for results.
- Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, review work and cultivate a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Balance managerial responsibilities with hands-on contribution, modeling technical excellence in analytics, automation and HR systems support.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Business/Economics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Mathematics, engineering or quantitative background is considered a strong plus.
- 7+ years of professional experience in HR technology, workforce analytics or process automation - HR domain specialisation is a must.
- Proven track record of owning and evolving product roadmaps in complex, global environments, balancing strategic initiatives, operational needs and delivery constraints.
- Proven experience in managing, mentoring and developing employees in business analytics or related technical roles.
- Strong understanding of HR areas and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes with the ability to translate HR strategy into technology-enabled product outcomes.
- Advanced capability in product discovery, roadmap definition, prioritisation and backlog management within an agile delivery model.
- Solid knowledge of best-of-breed HR systems and analytics solutions; experience leading system implementations or integrations.
- Strong experience with BI platforms (Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau), including dashboard creation and reporting automation.
- Proficiency in scripting, APIs and preparing technical documentation/specifications.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and business acumen to effectively interact with stakeholders and translate technical insights into actionable recommendations.
- High level of judgement and decision-making capability, particularly in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with competing demands.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Mentorship and people development skills, fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture with the ability to lead through influence rather than authority.
