Required Experience 

• 2 years of proven experience as a Manual Tester or similar role. 
• Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC). 
• Strong understanding of test case design and execution. 
• Experience with bug-tracking tools such as the JIRA suite 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong attention to detail. 
• Good communication skills in both English and Spanish. 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 

Main Task  

• Execute manual test cases and document results. Identify defects and ensure software functionality, performance, and usability. 
• Responsible for reviewing, analyze, and supporting the team on any incidents with the system on a daily basis 
• Responsible for reviewing, and analyzing the service requests on a daily basis, assigning priority, and informing PM for planning purposes with the development team. 
• Responsible to create the releases for the OP team about new features launched and ITSM's 
• Responsible for testing the bugs/ fixes on production after deployment, after testing inform the reporter to confirm this bug is fixed. 
• Report and document software defects, replicate, Test, and track them through resolution. 
• Collaborate with the development team to understand product functionality, specifications, and requirements. 
• Collaborate with the OP team to identify possible bugs by performing exploratory testing to identify potential issues that may not be captured by test cases. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues in a timely manner. 
• Continuously update and maintain test documentation, including test cases. 
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the testing process and overall product quality. 
• Adhere to established testing processes, methodologies, and quality standards. 
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
