Manage digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email, and other relevant platforms.

Create and oversee content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.

Drive lead generation initiatives to attract new clients and candidates.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts based on data and analytics.

Manage company branding and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

Collaborate with recruiting and sales teams to support business development initiatives.

Oversee SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing activities.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships.

Track and report key performance metrics and ROI.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within staffing, recruiting, professional services, or B2B industries.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and project management abilities.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the staffing or recruiting industry.

Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and employer branding.

Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.

Graphic design and content creation experience is a plus.
