Key Responsibilities
Set the overarching vision and multi-year strategy for Hanger LIVE and the Global Partners Summit, aligned to Hanger's brand and growth objectives
Lead all phases of event delivery, from strategic planning and budget ownership through to on-site execution and post-event analysis
Create and lead operating mechanisms to drive ongoing progress for Global Partners Summit
Serve as a senior relationship owner for Hanger's global partner network, cultivating meaningful partnerships
Oversee the full partner journey from onboarding and briefings through to post-event follow-up and ongoing relationship management
Directly manage and develop an Internal Events Manager, providing strategic direction, day-to-day guidance, and ongoing mentorship
Review and approve internal event plans, budgets, and timelines owned by the Internal Events Logistics Manager
Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure event programming is aligned with business needs
Manage and oversee external agencies, production partners, and vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes within budget
