Multiplymii is in search of an
Executive Assistant who will be working with our client based in the US. Our client, who has been in business for 12 years, operates and invests in Real Estate, Healthcare, Caregiving, Dental, Funeral Home, Manufacturing, and Pharmacy.
In this role, your responsibilities are providing high-level administrative support, running and coordinating the day-to-day administrative duties of the executives.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.
This role is 100% work from home.
Email Management
In this role, you will:
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, draft responses, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Proficient in managing and organizing email correspondence efficiently.
Data Analysis And Research
- Conduct research and collect/analyze data to support decision-making and provide valuable insights.
- Evaluate various software options for projects, particularly CRM software. Provide insights into costs and benefits.
Task And Project Management Support
- Detail-oriented management of tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines, coordinating resources, and monitoring progress.
Other Tasks
Finance and Bookkeeping:
- Allocate expenses to appropriate categories as they are incurred.
- Manage invoices, process payments, and oversee financial documentation.
Marketing Support
- Assist in building databases and implementing marketing sequences through SMS or email.
- Utilize a CRM to follow up and prospect
General Administration
- Foster a sense of teamwork and collaboration by promoting open communication and supporting the executive team's needs.
- Expertly manage executives' calendars and schedule meetings, appointments.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
About You
Core qualifications:
- Preferably 2-5 years of experience as an Admin Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar roles.
- Healthcare industry experience is advantageous.
- High level of consistency in tenure, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), with the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Proficiency in creating visually appealing PowerPoint presentations is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to analyze data sets and extract relevant insights.
- Project management experience, including planning and execution.
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns and customer outreach.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle various tasks and projects.
