We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to lead quality initiatives for a rapidly expanding AI-driven platform.
You will own end-to-end product quality, from defining QA strategy to ensuring smooth production releases, while driving modern automation and AI-based testing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute QA strategies, test plans, and release quality gates
- Lead automation across E2E, API, and system layers
- Implement AI-driven testing approaches and improve QA efficiency
- Conduct defect analysis, risk assessment, and mitigation planning
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams (shift-left QA)
- Mentor engineers and promote a quality-first culture
- Provide clear reporting on test coverage, risks, and release readiness

5+ years in software testing / QA engineering
Strong experience in test automation (E2E / API)
Hands-on with Playwright, Postman, REST Assured, GraphQL
Experience in non-functional testing (performance, resilience, UX)
Proven track record in QA strategy, release quality ownership, and risk management
Experience in Agile/Scrum, CI/CD pipelines, Git
Exposure to AI-driven tools for testing and development (e.g., Cursor, Claude)
Leadership or cross-team collaboration experience
