These range from moving all our Dublin offices into a brand-new single campus in Harcourt Street, to the replacement of our current SAP ECC 6 Practice Management system with a more modern alternative, better supporting the digital transformation of our business. Digital transformation programs are currently underway across each of our key businesses.

A Snapshot Of Your Peer Group
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 8-10 years’ experience as Enterprise Data Architect needed for designing, implementing, and governing the organization's enterprise-wide data strategy and architectures
- Minimum 3 end-to-end Data Architecture implementation projects in any of SAP MDG/MDI, Informatica, Microsoft Azure Data Platforms, Attaccama or IBM Infosphere.
- Practical experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) – Data and Analytics components like SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP HANA Cloud
- Demonstrable experience in enterprise data architecture, data modelling, and data management (TOGAF certified is highly desirable)
- Possess a deep understanding of diverse data technologies, architecture best practices, and the ability to translate business needs into robust data solutions (SAP and non-SAP data objects).
- Expertise in various data management technologies, including data warehousing, data lakes, ETL/ELT tools, and data integration platforms.
- Overall understanding of Professional Services industry & business processes.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing and its implications for data management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- In-depth knowledge of data modelling techniques, data governance principles, and data security best practices.
- Understanding of Enterprise Architectures and tools (SAP LeanIX for data & analytics architecture management is desirable)

- Oversee the KPMG IE data architecture.
- Define the organizations data architecture strategy.
- Develop and implement data management processes including data modelling, metadata management and master data management.
- Organizational Data Management
- Identify data sources across SAP and non-SAP systems and establish data integration and ingestion strategies.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and quality checks.
- Data Architecture Design and Management:
- Design, develop, and maintain the company's data architecture to ensure scalability, efficiency, and data integrity.
- Define data standards, guidelines, and best practices to facilitate consistent data management across the organization.
- Data Modelling and Integration:
- Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support business requirements and analytical needs.
- Integrate data from diverse sources, including ERP, Supply Chain Systems, HCM, CRM platforms, market research databases, and third-party sources.
- Reporting and Visualization:
- Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators and business insights.
- Customize reports and analytics tools to meet the specific needs of sales teams, executives, and stakeholders.
