Junior Art Director (Digital Campaigns)
Our client is a well known Digital and Technology Agency, HQ in Singapore and offices/teams in the region.
They are looking for a (remote) Junior Art Director based in Malaysia, to join on a 6 month fixed contract, with the possibility to be converted to permanent.
** due to the nature of this role, this is a remote position for Malaysian based candidates only, that do not require any visa sponsorship**
The Art Director (Digital Campaigns) is a convention-defying creative who doesn’t see the status quo as law, but a helpful suggestion. You will collaborate with a team to dissect marketing and communication problems, and come up with ideas, systems, frameworks or solutions in any form and function.
As a key member of the Creative team, you will be expected to bring a strong passion for problem-solving and storytelling through design to the table.
Responsibilities
● Conceptual - solve marketing and communication problems with creative thinking and ideas ● Narrative - craft visual stories and build brands through campaign-level thinking and execution
● Systematic - bring brand experiences to consumers through digital marketing systems and experiences – taking in mind specific experiences through different devices
● Graphic / Aesthetic - strong understanding of graphic design, typography and layout and how it extends through the digital realm and its counterparts
● Executional - develop style guides for each project, be part of the design/development process, and work with the Technology team to ensure final quality delivery
Requirements
● At least 2 years of relevant experience in digital design or advertising
● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional and team environment
● Possesses strong interpersonal skills
● A self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
● Maintains knowledge of current web-design trends, tools and techniques
● Handles feedback well
