About the Role:

We are looking for a versatile and talented Product Designer & UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for the entire design process, from initial research and concept development to creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. 
• Analyze market trends and competitor products to inform design decisions. 
• Develop product concepts and user stories to address identified user problems. 
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to illustrate design ideas. 
• Design user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) that are both functional and visually appealing. 
• Conduct usability testing to validate design choices and iterate based on feedback. 
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs. 
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback. 
• Deeply understand the client's business model, customer base, and overall industry. 
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product design and UI/UX design. 
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD. 
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and skills in product design and UI/UX design. 
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. 
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing. 
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. 
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. 

Soft Skills:

• Ability to work effectively within a team, especially cross-functional teams. 
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. 
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in code quality and system integration.
