Organize and coordinate VIP offers and dedicated VIP events.
Work with the CRM team to define VIP customer journeys.
Benchmark against competitors' VIP programs and drive key changes to stay competitive.
Identify potential VIPs early in the customer journey.
Requirements:
Previous experience in VIP account management within the gambling industry.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent social skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Experience working in non-regulated markets.
Understanding of crypto is essential, including the ability to read the chain to identify potential VIPs.
