Your responsibilities


External communication:

  • Develop and execute communication campaigns supporting business objectives,
  • Develop and execute Corporate Social Responsibility strategy,
  • Manage outsourcing services including public relations and communication agencies, production agencies, media houses, consultants, researchers,
  • Cooperate with key internal stakeholders on external communication activities,
  • Acts as company spokesperson, if necessary,
  • Responsible for issues and crisis management processes.


Internal communication:

  • Develop and execute internal communication activities by driving engagement and advocacy among associates in line with business objectives, mission and vision and internal specific needs,
  • Take responsibility for internal programs,
  • Manage internal communication media,
  • Coordinate internal events with key internal stakeholders,
  • Support Senior Managers in communication activities, when necessary,
  • Drive change management communication initiatives.


Other:

  • Creating and keeping updated marketing and sales newsletters/clients' brochures,
  • Further development of webpage and social media channels in cooperation with providers and project groups, all this for the sales purposes,
  • Plan and organize events, including webinars, and public speaking engagements,
  • Assisting during customer visits: managing meeting’s agenda, presenting
  • Support in development of the marketing strategy for the existing and new customers, focusing on communication aspects .


Your profile


  • University degree,
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic communication field with proven track record in brand building and corporate communication activities,
  • Outstanding Polish and English verbal and written communication and presentation skills - speech and copy writing experience is a must (German will be an asset),
  • Well versed in Microsoft Tools, can independently mange communication channels on MS Teams, MS Outlook, and other tools.
  • High presentation skills in MS PowerPoint (efficient elements and think cell are an asset),
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work,
  • Strong organizational skills - strategical thinking and ability to give clear guidance and ready-made solutions,
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve the organization's communication goals,
  • Demonstrated track record of targeted communication activities with measurable results,
  • Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques,
  • Project management and process management experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to track results with varying deadlines,
  • Must be politically savvy, with ability to deal with all levels of management, as well as a variety of positions and personalities, as well as to influence without authority,
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
